Friendship, Laughter, Belonging

We are excited for summer and can’t wait to share our new camp structure and programming designed to maximize your camper’s experience of fun, learning, and bonding.  Our camps are designed for outdoor fun and activities that include field trips, recreational swim, nature activities, arts and crafts, and so much more!.  YMCA Day Camps also provide youth with supervised activities that teach core values, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. Kids have fun while building self-confidence, appreciating teamwork, and gaining independence.

Program Overview

Y Summer Camps provide youth Pre-K to 10th Grade (varies by camp and location) with supervised activities to teach them core values, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.  Campers will have fun while making new friends, building self-confidence, and learning the value of teamwork. The typical program includes a variety of activities, songs, games, crafts, science, reading, swimming, and field trips. Each group also gets to experience outdoor fun utilizing some of the many state parks in the area. Activities are designed to be age appropriate for each of the age groups we have in camp. Even the rain does not slow down a Y Summer Camp.  Our Camp staff have many activities that can be used for just those occasions.

Our caring staff is well trained and offers a positive camp experience by keeping our campers safe in a caring environment filled with Christian values (caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and faith), fun, friendship, laughter, and belonging.
