In this class, you'll learn how to use free weights, hammer strength, cable crossovers, etc...

Women on Weights (W.O.W.) is taught by one of our wellness coaches each Monday and Thursday at 5:30pm!



This class is FREE to Members, but class size is limited to 8. First come, first serve!
