YMCA Personal Training
If one-on-one attention and accountability are what you are looking for, then personal training is for you!! Trainers will make sure you are using proper form and technique, and will ensure that you get the most from your workout without getting injured. Purchase single sessions, or packages of 6, 8, or 12 sessions. Through the availability of Personal Training, one-on-one and buddy/couple sessions, we will ensure that members get the highest quality of training available. Personal trainers provide motivation and individualized workout plans that will help you achieve your fitness goals. They are someone you can be accountable to. They will help you stick to your program.
