Steam Room Maintenance/Repairs
We apologize for the continued down time of the steam room at the J. A. Walters Family YMCA, we have been in constant contact with the repair company and the manufacturer of the Mr. Steam unit on its repair time. We have been given an estimated time frame between Wednesday March 2nd thru Friday March 4th.
The repairs were first made on Thursday February 17th, at that time the steam generator operated for 8 hours and then the steam elements failed again. The repair company and the manufacturer have been working together to evaluate the problem so as to have it properly repaired.
