Challenge to maintain and not gain weight during the holidays. Rather than focus in on weight loss, this 6 week challenge will challenge participants to eat smart and move more. To help maintain your weight try one of our many fitness classes or hire on of our Certified Personal Trainers.
Must be 18 years or older to participate.
Must weigh in with a Wellness Staff Member.
Weigh In: Nov. 13- Nov. 18 at close
Weigh Out: Dec. 26- Dec. 30 at close
