ANA: Ana certified to teach yoga through YogaFit in May. Her classes challenge flexibility and strength in fun, unexpected ways. Because she teaches several other fitness classes, her yoga classes are always a unique experience.

CAIT: Cait’s yoga classes range from restorative to joint-specific mobility training to HIIT and everything in between. She likes to challenge her students and help them become better at their daily movement activities, whatever that may be. Her main goal in teaching is to help her students reach their goals.

HANNAH: In Hannah’s classes you’ll use your breath to guide you from one pose to the next for a slow flow. Leading with the breath and moving at a slower pace allows you to tune in with your body, leaving you feeling balanced and confident. This class is suitable for all experience levels and is focused on accessibility so you can make your practice your own. 

HOLLI: Holli’s yoga class focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility in the physical body.  It is appropriate for those new to yoga as well as those with plenty of yoga experience – options and modifications are always offered. This flow class focuses on the yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during the transitions between poses.  Class ends with gentle stretches to improve flexibility.

LEA: Lea’s class focuses on using breath to power movement and decrease stress. Strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance are equally addressed. An inspirational quote is generally offered.

MARGARET: Margaret practices Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by asanas all flowing together, while using breath.  Yin is a slower paced style characterized by asanas held for longer periods of time, sometimes up to 5 minutes.
