Afterschool Program
The school day may end, but the learning, friendships, and fun continue at the Y. Our Afterschool Program provides a place where children can complete homework, stay active, explore new interests, and build confidence through enriching activities led by caring staff. With convenient locations across Hall, Dawson, Banks, and Towns counties, we’re here to support busy families while giving kids every opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
Fall Soccer
August 3 – Ages 2-3 | August 10 – Ages 4-11
These leagues are designed to continue the development of a child’s soccer skills in each age group. Practices will be held once per week, and games will typically be played on Saturday mornings.
Afterschool Open Interviews
Thursday 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
July 30 & August 6

Submit Your YMCA Story
Do you have a Y story?
Maybe the Y helped your child learn to swim, gave your family support when you needed it most, improved your health, or created friendships that changed your life. This June, we are inviting our community to share stories for an upcoming Y It Matters video campaign and future YMCA storytelling projects.
Everyone who submits will be entered into a drawing to win one free month of YMCA membership. To submit, simply share a short 1 to 2 minute video telling your story or submit a written story if you would prefer not to appear in photos or video. Fill out the form (Google sign in required), email cmims@gamountainsymca.org, or text (206) 426-6551. For more information, email cmims@gamountainsymca.org
